In honour of Megsy Malone visits, and it being taco Tuesday and all, and on account of me having some fish my freezer that needs to be eaten… I have decided to invent some new fish tacos this evening. More Asian than Baja for tonight, I reckon.
Tempura battered haddock (ha! Okay, the joke being that my new last name is Haddock), some kind of slaw with thinly sliced mixed cabbage and sesame seeds, topped with some avocado slices, maybe some mango- fish tacos love mango, don’t they- and some manner of sauce (or sauces) involving any or all of the following: mayo, sesame oil, sriracha, rice vinegar, maple syrup, soy sauce.
Hm. Something sort of like that, I’ll figure out the exact details when I can taste test my way to deliciousness. Any suggestions, wise food-loving followers?
